Our Commitment to Excellence
At Kingod, we understand that sourcing custom silicone products—whether for medical devices, food-grade applications, or high-precision industrial components—requires absolute trust. We do not just manufacture; we partner with our clients. Kingod provides comprehensive after-sales service and quality guarantee to build long‑term partnership. We believe that true collaboration begins after the product is delivered. Our quality assurance protocols are deeply integrated into every stage of liquid silicone rubber (LSR) injection molding, compression molding, and extrusion processes.
Stringent Quality Control Before Shipment
Quality is engineered into our products, not merely inspected into them. However, to ensure absolute perfection, All products pass full inspection before shipment. We employ advanced optical testing, dimensional verification, and physical property analysis to ensure your custom silicone parts meet exact specifications and tolerances.
Visual & Cosmetic Inspection
Every silicone component undergoes meticulous visual scrutiny under controlled lighting. Our trained QA technicians check for cosmetic imperfections such as flash, flow marks, short shots, voids, and color inconsistencies. We ensure the surface finish—whether matte, glossy, or textured—perfectly matches your approved master sample.
Dimensional Verification
Custom silicone molding requires strict adherence to tight tolerances. We utilize 2D and 3D optical comparators, coordinate measuring machines (CMM), and precision calipers to verify critical dimensions. We account for the natural shrinkage rate of silicone rubber to guarantee a perfect fit for your final assembly.
Physical Property Testing
To ensure durability and performance, we conduct rigorous physical testing. This includes measuring Shore A hardness with durometers, performing tensile strength and elongation tests, and evaluating tear resistance. For specialized parts, we also test compression set and thermal stability to ensure they withstand their intended operational environments.
Our Defect & Compensation Policy
Risk-Free Sourcing Guarantee
Despite our exhaustive quality control measures, we acknowledge that in mass production, unforeseen anomalies can occasionally occur. Our policy is transparent, straightforward, and designed to protect your investment entirely. If quality defects caused by our production, we offer free remake, replacement or reasonable compensation.
We do not engage in endless debates or shift blame. If a custom silicone product fails to meet the mutually agreed-upon specifications, drawings, or golden samples due to a manufacturing error on our end, Kingod assumes full responsibility. This commitment eliminates the financial risks typically associated with overseas manufacturing and custom tooling.
Depending on the urgency of your project and the nature of the defect, we provide flexible resolution options. We can expedite a completely free remake using prioritized production lines, ship replacement parts via express air freight at our cost, or negotiate a reasonable financial compensation or credit for future orders if the parts are still partially usable for your application.
The Resolution Workflow
- Step 1: Notification & Evidence. Clients notify our after-sales team with photos, videos, or detailed descriptions of the non-conforming silicone parts within the agreed warranty period.
- Step 2: Rapid Evaluation. Our engineering and QA teams review the evidence alongside the original production records, tool designs, and retained samples.
- Step 3: Root Cause Analysis (8D Report). We identify exactly why the defect occurred (e.g., curing temperature fluctuation, tooling wear, raw material impurity).
- Step 4: Immediate Action. We implement the chosen solution—remake, replace, or refund—while simultaneously applying corrective actions to the production line to prevent recurrence.
Clear & Transparent Warranty Scope
To maintain a healthy and efficient partnership, clarity is essential. We clarify warranty scope: manufacturing defects included; improper use, customer design error, normal wear and tear excluded. This clear demarcation ensures that expectations are aligned from the very beginning of our cooperation.
Included (Covered by Kingod)
Our warranty fully covers any issues stemming from our manufacturing process, raw material preparation, or tooling execution. This includes:
- Dimensional Inaccuracies: Parts that fall outside the agreed-upon tolerance ranges specified in the 2D/3D CAD drawings.
- Material Contamination: Embedded dirt, foreign particles, or impurities within the silicone matrix.
- Curing Defects: Sticky surfaces, uncured centers, or brittle areas caused by incorrect vulcanization times or temperatures.
- Tooling Marks & Flash: Excessive parting line flash beyond acceptable limits, or unwanted tool marks not present in the design.
- Color Deviation: Significant mismatch from the approved Pantone/RAL color codes or physical color swatches.
- Structural Flaws: Short shots (incomplete filling of the mold), air traps, voids, or delamination in overmolded parts.
Excluded (Not Covered)
While we strive to assist our clients in all scenarios, certain conditions fall outside our manufacturing responsibility. These include:
- Customer Design Errors: Failures resulting from inherent design flaws provided by the client (e.g., inadequate wall thickness, missing draft angles, impossible undercuts).
- Improper Use & Storage: Degradation caused by storing silicone parts in extreme UV light, inappropriate temperatures, or exposure to incompatible harsh chemicals (like certain oils or solvents not suited for standard silicone).
- Normal Wear and Tear: Gradual abrasion, loss of elasticity, or aesthetic degradation that naturally occurs over the lifespan of the product during regular use.
- Post-Processing Damage: Damage inflicted during assembly, secondary operations, or rough handling at the client's facility.
- Unapproved Modifications: Any alterations made to the product after it has been delivered by Kingod.

Continuous Improvement & Certified Reliability
At Kingod, after-sales service is not just about fixing problems; it is a vital feedback loop for our manufacturing ecosystem. We focus on continuous quality improvement and customer satisfaction. Professional after-sales support makes your cooperation safe and reliable.
Every piece of feedback, whether positive or a report of non-conformity, is documented in our Quality Management System (QMS). We utilize the PDCA (Plan-Do-Check-Act) cycle to continuously refine our silicone molding processes. If a defect occurs once, we update our standard operating procedures (SOPs), adjust our mold designs, or calibrate our injection machinery to ensure it never happens again.
Our commitment to continuous improvement is backed by industry-standard certifications. We strictly adhere to ISO quality management principles, ensuring traceability from raw silicone material mixing to final packaging. By investing in automated visual inspection equipment, regular staff training, and rigorous mold maintenance, we proactively minimize the need for after-sales intervention, providing you with a seamless purchasing experience.
