• Are you a manufacturing factory or a trading company?

  We are a professional manufacturer specializing in Liquid Silicone Rubber (LSR) and Solid Silicone Rubber (HTV) products, including silicone kitchenware, household items, and medical accessories.

• How many molding machines do you currently have, and what is your monthly production capacity?

  We currently operate: 7 LSR Injection Molding Machines, 15 Solid Silicone Vulcanizing Machines, 2 twin-roll open mixing mills, a 15-meter conveyor oven line, high-efficiency baking ovens, 10 screen/pad printing machines, and 20 punching/die-cutting machines. Our total monthly output is approximately 50 metric tons (of solid silicone equivalent).

• What are your main products, and what are your competitive advantages in the industry?

  Our main product lines include: LSR baby nipples and infant products, LSR kitchenware, LSR medical accessories, solid silicone household goods, and silicone gifts. Our primary advantage is our 20+ years of cumulative technical expertise in the field. We continuously advance our R&D to solve complex technical challenges, such as silicone yellowing, and achieving permanent bonding between silicone and diverse substrates (metal, plastic, nylon).

• What is your production capacity?

  In our LSR factory, our current monthly capacity for baby nipples is 2 million units. Our solid silicone monthly capacity is approximately 50 metric tons (of finished goods).

• How many molds do you have? Do you have ready-made molds, and is there a charge for sampling?

  We have 8 sets of existing molds for standard and wide-neck LSR baby nipples, and approximately 100 molds for solid silicone kitchenware and household items. Sampling fees are calculated based on color and quantity, but are fully refundable upon placing a bulk order (applies to both LSR and solid silicone). Existing samples are provided free of charge.

• What test reports do your products have?

  We possess environmental compliance and safety test reports from SGS, FDA, LFGB, RoHS, and CE.

• What is your lead time for delivery?

  Lead time depends on the specific product and quantity ordered, but typically ranges around 7 days (for production after mold/sample approval).

• How do you control production quality?

  We maintain a professional QC (Quality Control) team that initiates inspection from the moment raw materials enter the facility. We implement four distinct inspection procedures throughout the production process to guarantee the quality of your finished products.
